How do I login to my ZZYC account?

To access your profile go to the ZZYC website and click on the login button in the top right corner. Enter your username and password to login. The website will appear the same, but your name will appear in the top right corner. Click on your name to view your profile and its settings.


How do I update my personal information on my profile?

To update your personal information, login to your ZZYC account. There you will see a button reading, "Edit Profile", which will allow you to access and change all your personal information.


How do I update my credit card information?

Contact us at cd@zzyc.ca or 1-807-444-2582 to update your credit card information.


How do I renew my membership?

Members must log into their account through the ZZYC website to renew their memberships. There the renewal button will be found. In order to renew your membership click the renewal button and pay the renewal invoice.


How do I know if my membership was renewed?

To find out the status of your membership login to your profile.  Under the membership details, your membership status will be found. Only members with the status of active or lapsed should renew their memberships.


How do I find my renewal date?

Under your membership details on your profile you will find your renewal date.


How much do I owe?

To see your current balance, access your profile through the ZZYC website. Under your profile will be an invoices and payments tab. That page will allow you to view your current payment balances as well as past payments made.
