Strength & Conditioning Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:30 - 11:30 AM This combination of cardio, strength and flexibility training is geared toward adults, and can accommodate all fitness levels. This class is for adult men and women who want to learn to train safely and effectively while also getting a super training session in at the same time. | Youth Athlete Conditioning Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30 - 5:30 PM This higher intensity workout program is geared toward youth athletes (teens), who are looking for conditioning to keep in shape off-season or on. No matter whether your sport is hockey, tennis, rugby, golf, or dance … Mike will keep you on your game. This program will run three times per week for 5 weeks. Due to the higher intensity of these sessions, to avoid injury, participants are required to register for at least two consecutive weeks of classes. | Run for the Hills Fridays 9:15 - 10:15 AM This class is focused on all things running. Expect to do running technique drills, special exercises to strengthen your feet, ankles and knees. Learn mobility drills to do before you run. Best of all, expect to do a combination of interval training in the sand and on the hill. This is a medium to high intensity class and is not appropriate for anyone with current lower body injuries. All levels of runners are welcome to this group. Ages 16 to Adult. | Upgrade Your ROM- Mobility and Flow Fridays 10:30-11:30 AM Move better with more ease as you learn how to unlock your body’s abilities. A little bit of yoga, stretching and strength training all mixed into one class. Learn the big 3 areas that everyone needs to work on. Want to do the splits, squat flat footed all the way down with ease, touch your toes, reach freely and fully overhead, or improve your kicks? This class is for you. This class is for adult men and women who want to learn new drills and techniques to improve their mobility and flexibility. |
