ZZYC Annual General Meeting
Dear ZZYC Members, Great things are happening at ZZYC! This Special Called General Meeting will include an update on the club and the capital campaign projects and vote to authorize the board to proceed with expenditures. Your attendance or proxy is critically important! We need attendees or proxy statements to meet our quorum requirement to officially conduct the business we need to proceed with the capital campaign. Thanks in advance for your support. It is unusual for us to conduct business outside of our Annual General Meeting in June, but this meeting is necessary for some time-sensitive decisions. We hope you will make time to attend or to send your proxy vote. We must have a quorum to conduct this important club business.
