Jr. Staff Development July 13-17 (summer fun focus) July 20-24 (sailing focus) Exclusively for 12-14 year olds, our Jr. Staff Development Course provides our older students with the opportunity to prepare for their own future as employees for ZZYC. Learn how to work with fellow campers, how to prepare lessons, and get real-time experience shadowing our ZZYC staff. This is an amazing opportunity to see the other side of programming and test the waters as a counselor-in-training. Students can choose from a Summer Fun-focused training (July 13-17) or Sailing focused training (July 20-24).
