ZZYC Special Called General Meeting on October 21, 2024

Dear ZZYC Members,

Thank you for another amazing season at ZZYC. We are writing today to invite you to a Special Called General Meeting on Monday, October 21, 2024 at 7:00pm CDT. The purpose of this meeting is to seek member approval for our roof replacement project and to share updates on other capital improvements of the club. This meeting will be held online.

It is unusual for us to conduct business outside of our Annual General Meeting in June, but this meeting is necessary for some time-sensitive decisions. We hope you will make time to attend or to send your proxy vote. We must have a quorum to conduct this important club business.
