Michelle Braithwaite aka “Big Mama” of BMHOP will deliver dynamic, high-energy 30-minute HIIT classes, appropriate for all fitness levels, 5-days a week. Delivery is via LIVE daily virtual classes - keep your camera on, because coaching is interactive with participants. •A dedicated Facebook chat group, to engage with your Coach and our vibrant community. Groan about your sore glutes, get modification advice from the coach, give props to a new-comer who crushed it... the chat brings everyone together.
