This class will feel like a sanctuary from the busy-ness of life. Together we will explore the breath and gentle movement that will help to open us up physically, emotionally and spiritually. You will leave feeling rested and renewed, ready to tackle your weekend plans! All levels, beginners are welcome.
Yoga classes are one hour. Please bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle and a towel or blanket for Savasana or Final Relaxation Pose. Please inform the instructor if you are working with an injury or illness and/or require any special accommodations.
