A balanced class of yoga and pilates, flow yoga series such as Sun Salutations as well as quiet moments to rest and reflect. We will explore some more challenging postures and you will be guided to improve your posture, strengthen your core and increase your energy flow. All levels, some yoga experience is recommended.
Yoga classes are one hour. Please bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle and a towel or blanket for Savasana or Final Relaxation Pose. Please inform the instructor if you are working with an injury or illness and/or require any special accommodations.
