YOUTH ATHLETE CONDITIONING

This higher intensity workout program is geared toward youth athletes (teens), who are looking for conditioning to keep in shape during the summer. No matter whether your sport is hockey, tennis, rugby, golf, or dance … Mike will keep you on your game. This program will run two times per week for 4 weeks. 

Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday each week.

Due to the higher intensity of these sessions, to avoid injury, participants are required to register for at least two consecutive weeks of classes.
