Sunday Slow Flow
  An accessible practice for all bodies and open to all levels of students. A 75 minute class beginning with a slow flow to create flexibility, strength and balance; ending with a few restorative poses, a deep relaxing savasana and meditation.
  *please note that fitness pass may not be used for yoga classes.
