This higher intensity workout program is geared toward youth athletes (teens), who are looking for conditioning to keep in shape off-season or on. No matter whether your sport is hockey, tennis, rugby, golf, or dance … Mike will keep you on your game. This program will run three times per week for 5 weeks. Due to the higher intensity of these sessions, to avoid injury, participants are required to register for at least two consecutive weeks of classes.
(Drop-ins and one-week registrations are not offered).
