Sommeller: Neil Fassina
Do you look at a wine label and wonder whether you might enjoy the wine behind it? Our very own ZZYC member and sommelier Neil Fassina will take us through a ‘flight’ where we will discover the art of selecting and tasting wine. The wine flight will include, two premium white wines, one sparkling wine, and two premium red wines.
Each wine sampled will be paired with a light appetizer to help understand how best to pair food and wine. Boat home safely with a designated driver and a new appreciation for the story of wine that sits behind the label.
Summer Fun staff will be around to have fun with kids, making it easy for parents to enjoy their wine flight.
