Fitness classes on the deck of the club amidst the beauty and splendour of the lake are a highlight for many of our members! We are looking forward to offering body weight focused classes this summer to help eliminate the need for equipment sharing.

We are inviting participants in the Fitness Classes to bring the following equipment with them to each class in order to enhance their experience.

  • Yoga Mat or Gym Mat or Thick Towel (at times we will be doing exercises on the ground in the sand court or on the deck)

Optional equipment to increase load:

  • 2 x Cans of Food (these will be used as weights) or 2 x 1-3 lb dumbbells.
  • BackPack Filled up with load (i.e. books, more cans of food, a big bag of pet food, ...)

Equipment cannot be left at the club and should be brought back to your cottage/home after each session.

No sharing of any equipment or water bottles will be permitted.
